Faith Associates alongside The Football Association (FA) in partnerships are working in 2022 to create pathways and get more children and adults involved with football, especially in areas and communities who have have had limited access and opportunities to facilities and services. to areas and people who have had limited access and facilities. We aim to promote the sport by providing new and exciting opportunities, especially to girls and women, across the UK.
Faith Associates in partnership with The Football Association are aiming planning to develop WildCat centres across 5 cities in the UK (London, Bradford, Leicester, Manchester, Birmingham) for girls aged 5-11 to have easy and accessible access to football at all times. Weetabix WildCats is non-competitive football for girls who want to give it a go for the very first time or want to play with other girls their own age. Register your interest if your institution wants to be involved in any of the above cities.
Alongside rolling out Weetabix WildCats programme, we are working to train and provide opportunities for people to get involved at an entry level into football coaching through the award winning BT Playmaker football course, free of charge with full support provided. Those who take part in the BT playmaker course will be delivering wildcats training, as well as having the ability and options to coach and support in your own time.
