Expert Training
The training is based on the guide and is broken down into 3 main sections:
- Historical Reference-Â The Womens Guide provides detailed examples of women being pillars of the Mosques in the time of the Prophet, detailing clearly their important roles.
- Solutions-Â The guide provides a variety of examples of different roles required in the running of a Mosque, and how women can be given responsibility to oversee these roles. For example; Caring for converts, Counselling services, Chaplaincy and staff recruitment are just a few of the topics explored.
- Sustainability- It is important that the Mosque is sustainable. There are various roles that need to be undertaken inside a Mosque. We tackle the issue of how the Mosque can ensure various roles are managed by different members of the community for a successful and long lasted period.
