This check of activities has been developed in conjunction with the Faith Associates Risk Assessments Version 3.0 area of focus section 5/6. As Mosques are now open across the UK, there has been situations which have occurred where some worshippers have unfortunately tested positive COVID-19 and the Mosque leaders have had to react quickly and follow the correct steps. This notification checklist provides Council of Mosques and individual institutions guidance on how to respond step by step to such an event.
