Incident Management Guide 2019

We have worked with faith institution leaders, the police and local authorities across the West Midlands to develop guidance and resources that engage and support faith leaders in preparing to respond to incidents.

Incident Management Guide for Faith Communities
A guide for faith institution managers and leaders that introduces incident management. The guide walks through the key stages of preparing for an incident, making an immediate response, organisation and management of the response and what to do after an incident. Guidance on the importance of communication is provided along with a number of case studies of actual incidents faith leaders have responded to and the key lessons learnt.
