We are thrilled to announce this exciting opportunity for students aged 8 to 11 from Madrassahs across the UK. This competition aims to foster a love for cricket, promote teamwork and provide a platform for young talents to shine.

Latest Updates in Community Cricket

The tournament will be held in Birmingham, Bradford, London and Manchester. Madrassahs can choose the most suitable regional tournament to participate in.

  • Each region will host a tournament featuring up to 12 teams
  • Teams will be divided into groups of 4 or 5 teams.
  • Each team will play a minimum of 3 matches in its group.
  • A final with the best two teams from the group stages will take place for the regional championship
  • The regional champions will proceed to the National Finals Day.

Mark your calendars for this spring, as the regional tournaments will take place on weekends in April and May. The grand finale will be held in May at the home of cricket – Lord’s Cricket Ground, London.


We encourage both boys and girls aged 8 to 11 to take part in this exhilarating event. The best part? It is completely free to enter! Not only will participating Madrassahs have the opportunity to showcase their cricket skills, but they will also receive free kit and equipment courtesy of the ECB. Additionally, the ECB will provide free training to staff and volunteers, equipping them with the necessary coaching skills to nurture young cricketers.

Yes – ECB and Faith Associates are actively providing training and support for organisations and individuals to be actively involved in the Eman Cup and other grassroots initiatives. We are actively looking for volunteers

Is there a registration fee?

No, the tournament is free to enter. Participating teams will also receive free cricket kits and equipment courtesy of the ECB.
