About Us

Faith Associates was set up in 2004 as a non-theological consultancy to meet the needs of ethnic minority faith-based communities. We work in a culturally sensitive, multidisciplinary way to provide research, training, advice, and guidance to support and influence the challenges faced by these communities. A key area of focus is developing institutional governance, improving strategic choices, and developing effective communication strategies.

Faith Associates recognizes the key roles Mosques, Madrassahs and Islamic Centres play in providing guidance. We also recognize the difficulties that face Imams and other key members when providing guidance and a good, sound, education experience.

Our mission

Working with agencies that are concerned with business, education, and government at local, regional, national, and international levels have enabled us to identify the misconceptions that face faith-based communities have and to work towards challenging these. Our work has focused on the greater inclusion of all members of faith-based communities and we are working towards increasing the confidence and skills of women and young people.

Working towards UN Sustainability Development Goals (SDG’s)

Faith Associates through some of its key strategic projects and programmes have been working towards achieving the key United Nations Sustainability Development Goals (SDG’s) seen below.

I offer my gratitude to Faith Associates for their tireless but steadfast work and their continuous support and cooperation. The Beacon Mosque Project was a team effort and and together with FA we have achieved the success of gaining a star standard. Without their extended support and guidance we wouldn’t probably would not able succeed this achievement and be able to strive for excellence in our services, gaining the status we have today.
