Faith Associates CEO, Shaukat Warraich talks to Madrassah teachers with Lancashire Council for Mosques (5)

On Monday 1st March, Faith Associates was invited by the leadership of Lancashire Council of Mosques to deliver a presentation to over 200 Imams, Madrassah teachers and Madrassah management personnel at Masjid e Saliheen in Blackburn to consolidate their working partnership. Faith Associates and Lancashire Council of Mosques are official training partners, working together to deliver Level 1 Safeguarding & Madrassah training to the 90 institutions affiliated to the Lancashire Council of Mosques. Both parties are also committed to implementing the NMQSF (National Madrassah Quality Standards Framework) to as many Madrassahs as possible, providing high level support and improving Madrassah standards.

The presentation delivered by Faith Associates covered a range of aspects a Madrassah should have in place in the 21st Century. Shaukat Warraich, CEO of Faith Associates, delivered the presentation which engaged the audience on a range of important topics, including:

Faith Associates and Lancashire Council of Mosques will now work together to help build on the already high Madrassah standards throughout Lancashire. Tailored support for each Madrassah will be provided, including teaching and governance strategies to ensure children across Lancashire get the best possible Quranic education.
