Faith Associates has always understood the crucial role the Madrassah plays in the development and sustainability of the Muslim community. Following on from the Mosque Management toolkit Faith Associates produced, it was felt that a similar document was required that focussed on the management and safeguarding aspect of Madrassahs.
In 2012, CEO Shaukat Warraich and Senior Associate Dr Ayub Rahim published a comprehensive handbook entitled ‘Madrassah Management and Safeguarding’, which provides sincere advice and guidance on helping Madrassah management committees run a successful institution and keeps them updated on the latest government legislation around the education sector.
This comprehensive guide covers a very wide range of topics that includes policies and procedures, staffing and recruitment structures, student admission policies, effective teaching strategies, curriculum, pedagogy and ensuring the safeguarding of children.
It is a publication that has been designed through extensive research and experience in the field of institutional management and seeks to put in place structures that ensures an environment conducive to the success of young Muslims.
