Rt Hon James Brokenshire MP, Minister for Security at the Home Office Breaks Ramadan Fast in Major Mosque in Birmingham

 The Minister for Security Rt Hon James Brokenshire MP will break the Ramadan fast with Muslim and other Faith leaders in Birmingham’s Ghamkol Sharif Mosque on the 23^rd July 2013.

In a sign of solidarity with Muslim and other faith Leaders, the Minister will be breaking the Ramadan fast at the iconic central Birmingham Mosque as part of the Iftar2013 national campaign.

Following the attacks on a number of Mosques in the West Midlands area, the Security Minister will be visiting various locations and meeting with Local leaders. The trip will culminate at Ghamkol Shariff Mosque in central Birmingham, where it is expected that hundreds of worshipers will congregate to meet the Minister and break the Ramadan fast.
