Building on our work engaging with ethnic minority and faith communities, Faith Associates supports local, regional government, NGO and commercial organisation  in undertaking research into the needs and aspirations of the communities they serve or targeted groups (customers). We have completed a project for Portsmouth City Council, advised on a project for Southampton City Council and are now working with councils and NGO to support better engagement.

Where helpful we use our strategic partnership with BMG Research to assist in designing research tools and surveying communities.
 
Faith Associates approach to developing and delivering research projects is based on a number of stages. On the completion of each stage a review is undertaken to inform the delivery of the next stage.
